利用規約

①預入できないもの/Items Not Accepted for Storage
1）現金その他、貴重品、有価証券類、パスポート、その他貴重品と判断したもの
2）遺骨、位牌、美術品全般
3）動物、植物、魚介類
4）揮発性、または爆発物等の危険品及び化学薬品類等
5）鉄砲、刀剣類及び犯罪の用に供されるおそれのあるもの
6）真気を発するもの、腐敗、変質しやすいもの、不潔なもの
7）法律で所持携帯を禁じられたもの
8）生モノ、冷蔵冷凍保管が必要なもの
9）その他保管に適さないと認められるもの
The following items cannot be accepted:
1）Cash, valuables, securities, passports, and any other items deemed valuable
2）Human remains (ashes), memorial tablets, and all artworks
3）Animals, plants, and seafood
4）Flammable or explosive materials, hazardous items, chemicals
5）Firearms, swords, and any items that may be used for criminal purposes
6）Items emitting strong odors, perishable, easily spoiled, or unsanitary items
7）Items prohibited by law from possession or carrying
8）Perishable goods or items requiring refrigeration or freezing
9）Any other items deemed unsuitable for storage

②預入料金/Storage Fees
・スーツケース・自転車・スノーボード・ゴルフバック・楽器など：1日700円/個（大きさは問いません）
・【7kg未満】旅行鞄・リュック・トートバック・エコバック・紙袋：1日500円/個
・【7kg以上】旅行鞄・リュック・トートバック・エコバック・紙袋：1日700円/個
※出し入れ自由
※イベント開催時は別途料金を定める
・Suitcases, bicycles, snowboards, golf bags, musical instruments, etc.:
　JPY 700 per item per day (no size limit)
・Travel bags, backpacks, tote bags, eco bags, paper bags:
　　Under 7 kg: JPY 500 per item per day
　　7 kg or more: JPY 700 per item per day
※Items may be taken in and out freely during the storage period.
※Separate rates may apply during special events.

③預入期間/Storage Period
当社が定める営業時間内
※当日、預入期間を過ぎた場合、1日分/個の追加料金を加算します。以後同等。
Storage is available during our designated business hours.
※If the storage period is exceeded on the same day, an additional one-day fee per item will be charged. The same applies thereafter.

④預入期間経過後の処理預入期間を超え、なお連絡のない場合、預入開始日から数えて7日保管します。
但し、この場合もこの約款の規定によります。
Handling After Expiration of Storage Period
If the storage period has expired and no contact has been made, we will keep the item for 7 days from the date of deposit.
These Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply during this period.

⑤預入できない物を預けた場合等の処理預入期間中及び預入期間経過後の保管中において、その預入品が【1.預入できないもの】に該当する疑いのあるときは、当方においてその実情に応じ、開抜、保管破棄、そのほか適切な処理をすることがあります。
Handling of Prohibited Items
If, during the storage period or after expiration, there is suspicion that an item falls under Section 1 (Items Not Accepted for Storage),we may inspect (including opening), dispose of, or otherwise appropriately handle the item at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

⑥お引取りのない場合等の処理/Unclaimed Items
7日を経過してもお引取りのない預入品は、当方において所定の処分をし、その代金は保管料その他の費用に充当します。
If an item remains unclaimed after 7 days, we may dispose of it in accordance with our prescribed procedures.
Any proceeds from disposal will be applied toward storage fees and other related costs.

⑦事故による責任次の各号の場合は、預入品の減失、または毀損等の損害を生じても当方はその責任を負いません。
1）【①預入できないもの】に掲げる品への減失、または毀損等の損害
2）天災事変等の不可抗力による場合
3）司法権等の発動により関係官公署から、週用品を押収又は証拠品として提出を求められた場合
4）第三者の不法行為による減失又は毀損等の損害
5）その他、当方の責めに帰きない場合
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of stored items in the following cases:
1）Loss or damage to items listed in Section 1 (Items Not Accepted for Storage)
2）Force majeure events such as natural disasters or unforeseen incidents
3）Seizure or submission of items as evidence by public authorities under legal authority
4）Loss or damage caused by third-party wrongful acts
5）Any other circumstances not attributable to our negligence
